President, Chief Executive Officer
Steven Roth joined NuTech in 2000. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Roth served as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, International Business Development Manager, and as a Senior Account Manager with NuTech.
Mr. Roth graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, and later earned his Master of Science degree in Geology from Kansas State University. With more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has also worked as:

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hunter graduated from the University of Texas in 1969 and received a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston in 1977. Mr. Hunter is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas since 1978. Mr. Hunter’s 44 years of business experience has included:
Guy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Board of Directors of SIRE, a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding for people with disabilities.
Nolan Lehmann joined NuTech in 2008. He has served as a member of the board of directors of nine public companies and more than 50 other operating companies in diverse industries, with annual revenues ranging from start-ups to in excess of $8 billion. He has been responsible for negotiating and completing over 75 corporate acquisitions during his business career.
Previously, Mr. Lehmann served as the president and director of a business development company traded on the NYSE which invested in over 90 private operating companies during his tenure. He also served as a general partner and primary investment officer of an institutional private equity investment fund, and as a managing director in a large family office. Prior thereto, he served as Vice President in charge of corporate development for a NYSE company, and as a staff auditor with one of the major international public accounting firms.
Mr. Lehmann previously served as a director and chairman of Child Advocates, Inc., a charity in Harris County, Texas. He also previously served as president and a director of the Houston Private Equity Association and the Houston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Lehmann has an undergraduate degree in economics and a graduate degree in accounting from Rice University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Vice President, Business Development
Galen Dillewyn joined NuTech in 2009. Currently he serves as Vice President, Business Development for the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Louisiana markets. Mr. Dillewyn graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. His 22 years of industry experience has included:

Director, Human Resources
Damon Lampis joined NuTech in 2008. Mr. Lampis was named Director, Global Human Resources in April 2012 and is responsible for developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, and 401(k) administration. In addition, he is responsible for all internal and external communications, including the company’s digital communications platform.
Mr. Lampis has more than 14 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry, after spending the first seventeen years of his career in consumer products, leading sales and marketing teams. Since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility in client services and marketing including Project Manager, and Manager- Marketing Planning & Strategy.
Mr. Lampis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Manager, Financial Accounting
Elissa Vogelpohl joined NuTech in 2006 as a Financial Assistant, and is now a Financial Accountant. She is responsible for overseeing day to day accounting functions at NuTech, including producing the monthly Financial Statements. Scott Wessels joined NuTech in 2022 as an Area Account Manager. Mr. Wessels graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and the University of New Orleans with a Master of Science in Geology.
