Houston, Texas – NUTECH today announced that it plans to release a Delaware Basin Regional Study by June 30, 2014. The study includes 180 analyzed wells, 13 of which include rock measurements. The Delaware Study provides insight into the connectivity across the area by simulating geological and petrophysical property distributions. The results confirm the stratigraphic variability, as well as, identify and quantify hydrocarbon columns per well across the study area. These studies have been developed through NUTECH’s experience and analysis of several thousand wells with core and production data. This study will provide unrivaled reservoir intelligence into the areas of this prolific shale play.
Allen Howard, President and CEO of NUTECH commented, “There are two exciting things to look forward to as NUTECH releases the much anticipated Delaware Study. First, this study represents two of the most complex shale plays in the world. Our study addresses the challenging rock characteristics and the thickness of the hydrocarbon column. And secondly, the Delaware study represents by far the most reserve potential and producing impact that I’ve have ever seen in my career. The Delaware Basin will be an oil and gas play for multiple generations.”
